We have two levels of product training to fit your experience level.

For the beginner, learn all you need and want for basic MAC’s- in one day. There is an 80/20 rule in PBX Management: 80% of the moves, additions, and changes done on your system require knowledge of just 20% of the programming available in the PBX. For the more experienced student, we will develop a custom fit learning experience for the skills you have already developed.

For the Meridian Mail Programming Workshop, learn to make all the programming changes you can think of in this one-day course. This training workshop is a great add-on to the PBX Basic Programming course. You’ll learn everything you need to know about Meridian Mail Voice Mail Administration.
