Our course is customized to provide the knowledge you need to manage your call center.
We combine multiple courses from Nortel into a  course on covering call center administration areas: most common reports, scripting of the call flows, and real-time screens used to monitor agents and stats.

We also offer a course for technicians on how to configure and set-up the Contact Center server and connections to the PBX .
This customized course will leave the technician with a full understanding of how to add agents, CDNs, and voice ports to the system along with the basic troubleshooting skills to support the server and PBX call routing.
