Tariff changes are made monthly; resulting in new players and lowering pricing improvements to quality of service. Emerging technologies present buyers with more options, more benefits, and sometimes- more to manage.

The task to stay current with these changes and how they may benefit corporations today is next to impossible for Telecom Managers and I/T Management. In the pace of change today, I/T departments need to re-evaluate their costs, benefits, and risks of the existing Telecommunications infrastructure every 2 years or less if they want to reduce costs and improve the service they deliver to the organization.

The Solution

The iGen Group has a Professional Services staff dedicated to the role of assessing the current Telecommunications Infrastructure of mid to large size corporations. We will identify opportunities and solutions that will meet all of the benefits mentioned above.

We will assess current Contractual Agreements, Equipment operations, Voice and Data Wide Area Network services, Designs and more. The Project Manager will document the current state, discuss the key findings and recommend areas that will improve service levels and often reduce costs in the infrastructure.
