The Traffic Study is the most widely-used traffic study solution in the CPE industry and continues to set the standard for accuracy, reliability and ease-of-use. From trunk recommendations to processor utilization, our study covers it all. Data is presented in full color graphics, and our recommendations are made using customer-friendly language that eliminates the need for engineering support. Multiple studies can be performed simultaneously, and the study supports both domestic and international locations. The Traffic Study supports Nortel, Avaya and Siemens 9006 PBX platforms.

Security

The Security Audit is the most robust security assessment available for the Nortel PBX platform. A total of 85 separate analyses are performed, resulting in a truly consultative report that highlights existing and potential security issues within CS 1000, Meridian Mail and CallPilot systems. No additional hardware is required, and we handle all of the data collection and measurement remotely.
