Mr. Running has expertise in the development and delivery of customized training programs that effectively reduce operational expenses for small-large corporations with Call Centers, PBX systems, Wide Area Networks across a variety of industries. Mr. Running founded The i Gen Group, an independent telecommunications systems and management consultancy firm in 2001 based in Boca Raton, Florida. His previous roles include management consulting, telecommunications systems management and large-scale strategic telecom project management with Tel-One, CSR America, and Baxter Corporation. A dynamic industry speaker, Mr. Running has been a guest speaker in Telecommunications conferences since 1996. He also contributes an educational column entitled “Let’s Cut Cost” in Telecom Reseller, a monthly trade publication.
