About the Author:

Terry C. Running is the President/CEO of The i Gen
Group Inc. Mr. Running has been 23 years in the Telecommunications
Industry and is a Certified Support Specialist on Nortel PBX systems.
His 8 years of systems management for 2 major US corporations revealed the
great need for a practical and condensed version of PBX system programming
manuals. He discovered that 80% of all move, add, & change requests
made by internal customers utilize just 20% of the PBX system programs.
This supported the idea for a “How-To” manual and Guide for Telecom and I/T
staff that are not familiar but would like to self maintain their own PBX
systems.
